Charles Devine Transportation Services is founded by Niia C. Herbert owner and operator. C &D Transportation is an independently owned and operated company based on family values, dedication and reliability. I am a leader who was born of African American/Hispanic cultures from Brooklyn, NY, HOWEVER Raleigh, NC is what I call home. I was raised by an amazing woman who instilled hard working values in me and with that I hope to gain a sense of security and trust from all who we serve. We at Charles Devine Transportation services pride ourselves in exceeding the expectations of our parents, children and the community. We will promote the safety and well-being of every child on board in our care.
